Matt received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Calgary in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2012. Matt joined Scott Venturo LLP as a summer student in 2011 and commenced his articles with the firm in June 2012.
While in law school, Matt was involved with Student Legal Assistance as a case worker and research assistant. He was also actively involved with the Student Disability Resource Centre during his third year of law school.
Matt was born in Calgary and has lived across Canada and has travelled extensively. He has a keen interest in the arts and has seen many of the most impressive galleries and museums across the world. Matt enjoys golf and participates in various sport recreational leagues throughout Calgary.
