PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:
Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in history in 2006 and his Master of Public Administration in 2008, both from Dalhousie University. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2011. Jeff worked with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources in the Aviation and Forest Fire Management department during his undergraduate and Master’s degrees. He started working with Scott Venturo LLP as a summer student during his first and second years of law school.
While in law school, Jeff was involved with Pro-Bono Canada as a research assistant. He was also actively involved with the law hockey team and co-captained the team during his third year of study. Jeff remains an avid hockey player, and participates in several leagues in Calgary.
Jeff joined Scott Venturo LLP as an articling student in the spring of 2011 and continues to practice with the firm as an associate. His practice is focused on corporate/commercial and securities matters.
